Eu só pago pelo celular, mas essa semana meu cartão parou de funcionar no Samsung pay e no Google pay. Liguei pro banco pra saber se tinha algum broqueio e esta tico certo. Apaguei o cartão e tentei verificar de novo, mas dá um erro. Já mandei email pros desenvolvedores.

O app tem muitos bugs e é confuso principalmente na manutenção de valores pagos e estornos, deveria ser mais simples com atualizações mais rápidas de faturas abatidas, geralmente leva um mês pra mostrar abatimento, outra coisa assim como os bancos digitais, o ourocard poderia facilitar a antecipação de faturas, gerando um boleto para o cliente pagar a qualquer hora, sem ter que esperar virar o mês, e ao ser pagos os valores seriam atualizados instantâneamente. Várias operações no App não funcionam entre 23hs e 1h, sempre informa que o sistema está em atualização. Para configurar o limite de um cartão virtual é super difícil; não tem como digitar o valor, a única opção é arrastar um slider super mal feito. Se você limpar os dados armazenados pelo app, você precisa ir no caixa eletrônico novamente para habilitar o telefone.
