La app falla constantemente, no obstante la información de que está actualizada a la última versión. Sobre todo para la recarga de vehículos eléctricos... Que tormento... No se trata ya de mi móvil ya que la he probado en tres móviles diferentes y da error. Cuándo terminas la recarga da error y luego te dice que aún estás recargando cuando mi vehículo está ya en casa... Hoy ha sido imposible recargar en ningún surtidor ya que daba error, de nuevo intenté con mi móvil, con el de mi mujer y nada..

Funcionaba de forma excelente. Después de una actualización empezó a estrellarse cada vez que intentaba comenzar un parking. Luego una segunda actualización se puede comenzar un parking pero da mensaje de error diciendo que no pudo comenzar o activar. Sin embargo si lo activa pero no hay forma de terminar porque indica que no hay parking activo y termina uno pagando tiempo máximo.

Aun en un telefono de gama alta, la app tarda en abrirse, geolocalizarse y activar el ticket. A rato se congela o se cierra sola. Necesita wifi, gps, 4G y no se que mas... Parece algo experimental / beta de momento. Por otro lado los inspectores no tardan ni un minuto en poner la sancion. Se necesita mejorar la app y cambiar la politica de los inspectores para garantizar la seguridad juridica de los usuarios. PD: seria auspicables que los ayuntamientos de la misma provincia utilizen misma app.

Simplemente no funciona. Al añadir el coche me sale un mensaje de error que pone "error"... Muy útil...

Si no tens senyal GPS no funciona. No et deix escollir ni ciutat ni carrer. Tampoc pots veure l'horari de la zona. Crec que pot ser una bona millora.

Alerta, un cop us doneu d'alta d'aquesta APP us serà molt complicat donar-vos de baixa i eliminar les vostres dades personals, bancàries... He hagut de trucar 3 vegades a Reus Mobilitat, enviar correus.e i missatges des de la mateixa APP. Després d'haver fet tot el que em van indicar (trucar 3 cops, enviar correu-e...) encara estic esperant una resposta. Per tant sembla que no podreu donar.vos de baixa i per tant no teniu control de les vostres dades personals. Llei de protecció de dades?

Cada día al encendre el mòbil apareix un missatge d'error que l'aplicació ha deixat de funcionar. A més a més, només et deixa iniciar l'estacionament si estàs a prop del cotxe i et localitza pel GPS. No és gens pràctic i funciona de pena. La App Telepark de Tarragona mai falla, pots posar el tiket des d'on vulguis sense cap tipus de complicació.
