I actually think this app is pretty good. It's easy to quickly put in basic stock and options orders, something like 10 seconds to open the app (fingerprint login), review/locate an existing position, submit an order. My latest complaint is switching between stocks and options is clunky; you have to re-enter the symbol a lot. If this app could add advanced TOS features like conditional orders or options rolling, I wouldn't need the TOS mobile app at all.

So when I attempted to login this morning at the open of the market, all I got was a log-in error, and a request to try again later. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but to no avail, with the only tangible result being that I received the error message much more swiftly than before. These kind of errors simply cannot happen with a brokerage app in this day and age. Seriously considering moving onward from them after this nonsense.

2nd day in a row, No login screen, loading issues, I continue having loading issues I will move my money, this app was jamming up, loading delays or won't load, won't let me buy in when I want to, spend some money to upgrade your system, before I move mine OUT!!! Come on! I have to go to other apps to look at charts. Some work some don't, some charts not available. No login screen, Robinhood's app works better than yours. So frustrating, Fix this!! I don't have these issues with my other apps.

Having auto rotate DISABLED everywhere on my phone. If you click on a position (the screen options with detail quote ect comes up) and when you hit cancel the whole app goes to landscape and you can't change it back. You have to close the app and re open it to get in portrait view. Sometimes the app even stops responding.

The recent update made this app crashed when I open the chart detail. I have communication and send bugs reports to TD Ameritrade daily. After about a month and there's still no update to fix the bug. I am changing the rating from from a patience 3 star to 1 star and wish there's a rating for 0. This had made it very inconvenient and frustrating, I am looking at other options for a different broker. -Sent from a note 8.

First off you need to put a button to go straight to orders. Secondly fix the lagging!!! I have lost a ton of money during the high volume because of the lag. The order said canceled but showed up on my positions a very long time later and by that time the stock had already dropped 40%!!! Not happy.

I like the look and layout of the app. I wish they would add a grouping option (I know TOS has groups but I don't want a second app). Having groups or some other way to organize positions without having multiple accounts, would be great. This app has some nice features, but if I want to review charts, or create screeners, I generally open webull.

I have been using the app for a few years. I wish there were a few more functional features such as buying into or out of mutual funds, and screeners accessible on the app. You can do it on the website but 90% of my life is through my phone and not my computer these days so it becomes a real pain. It feels like the app is secondary in the companies view. Also for the website the preferred stock screener is a bit lacking in details Bout individual preferreds.

After the update, when you click on earnings, dividends, etc...tabs, the application will shutdown and you have to login again. Kind of frustrating..not to mention the lag. Reinstalled 2 times with no success. Running on Samsung. It is Thursday October 22nd and the issues are not fixed. The app closes when you click on earnings, dividends, ratings changes, splits, etc. I've tried going to the event calendar tab and select dividends and the app will reset itself. No good....
