Easy to use. Helping getting co riders and simultaneously saving environment by sharing vehicles. Cherry on top is they do not charge any commissions, still have a very nicely designed app.

This app has many issues and being used for commercial purpose now. 1.The app is not compatible with low network connectivity. 2.UI and app features are not user friendly. 3.People can use the app without verification of Gov ID and valid photo identification. 4.Local taxi drivers and commercial vehicle owners are using it for business purpose without valid identity of their vehicle. 5.Multiple times the Rider is different than who has created the ride and people can book the ride for others.

Pathetic app and business model. Not dependable at all. Drivers cancellation is rampant even at the last moment. Bla Bla should consider charging the passengers and making driver commit to the journey.

Horrible trip, we waited in the cold for the bus for over 2 hours and it didn't came. It was only after an hour and a half of waiting that we were informed that the bus would be late. We had to look for other means of transport which was very expensive and we were not compensated for the train. They just refunded our tickets and some of us still haven't been refunded our bus tickets
