When on the main screen, it does not refresh. You have to go into every camera to refresh.

All's i know is it was working fine now i can't even register. But why should i be trying to register? Why does it want me to log in? These were never issues past 6 months with multiple upgrades. This just turned into another pos paper weight stuck to the side of my house.

Worst app ever. Whenever I use this app It asks for the password, when I type in the password it always says wrong password,try again. If there is any other app that will allow me to view my security cameras I will change in a heartbeat. WORST APP EVER!!!!

The camera system awesome this app sucks always slow to load takes forever to watch playback witch is never accurate today is always yesterday for some reason takes forever to load playback and if u need to skip to try and find something never loads right only good to watch live for about 3 minutes then messes up

It's been 3 years, and people are still complaining about playback issues? Does your company just not give a F***? At this point its probably False advertising and fraud with how many people complaining that playback, an advertised main feature, simply does not work at all. Thank christ im still within the return window

Ive been using this app for a 2 1/2 years but the pass 6 mos it is terrible. Playback just spins buffering the time NEVER matches real time. I get so fusterated trying to go back in playback. Never get the job done Omg! By far the worse app ever seriously
