The app is very hard to connect to RGB Vivid 2. It kicks you all this time and, you must have your phone directly ontp of the light to connect. I ave just recieved my 3rd Rgb Vivid 2 and i can adjust the sliders but, it will not load any profile I already have created... This is rubbish and very tiring. Not I need to contact and discuss why my brand new light has a dirty cord and will not function on the app corectly. Also the circut board design is now different. Cost too much, not to work.

Useless.. if you have the app before the latest updates. Uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall it and hopefully your phone will pick up your lights. It worked for me eventually. Once it's working it's actually a nice easy app to play with

Known issues of not detecting registered light. At times I had to resolves to resetting the light again to get it work. Updated: Light didn't on during the scheduled timing on multiple occasions.

App doesn't work. Terrible product. The light doesn't function without the app. For how much money these things cost im shocked at how bad it is. I really wished I had not bought this and gone with a reputable established brand. NOTE - my partners phone (Huawei) connects and works fine. My Samsung does not.

Having issues connecting the doctor mate. Does not even show the doctor mate on the search radar. But I had a good experience with the light fixtures. Easy to connect and customise your lights. Hope the issues will be fixed soon.

I connect once now cannot connect with Android 13. Terrible app. Would not buy Chihiros product again.

After update, everything is disturbed. It is not opening up at proper time. Many options like Calvin and intensity settings are missing. Immediately fix up these issues and stop unnecessary updating.

After downloading the updated app, i can no longer connect to my lights. Deleting the lights from the app doesn't work, so i can't delete and reconnect. Great lights, awful app.
