I just downloaded this app cos a friend recommended it to me and it was going fine until I saved a certain amount and now I'm trying to transfer back to my bank account to see if it would work and the option isn't even there..... honestly this new update isn't cool at all.....pls find a way to fix it cos there has to be a way I can get my money back whenever I want!!!!

I ought to give zero stars. I don't know what's going on with your app, but you guys really need to fix up. My plans are on automatic withdrawals yet it refuses to save into them automatically. When I try to do that manually it insists that I can't save below 1k everyday. What's more, your customer service is so poor and unreachable. You only have a bot that doesn't proffer solutions to the problem. For an app I've always recommended and rated, I must say that this is poor and disappointing

The App is exceptionally great.I love everything about it except one, the Rigidity in maturity date. I wish you can add an exception to it. Creating an emergency fund does not solve the problem of having access to funds already saved. I could not access the money when in dire need and missed a great deal. Am sure one won't mind being charged a percentage for trying to break the maturity date. But not having access at all for emergency is Truly Painful. Piggyvest has an edge for this one reason

I appreciate the interest rate add. I use Zenith Bank and I have never ever experienced such interest given rather their deductions are ridiculous , absolutely ambiguous and fraudulent.

I really don't understand the point of all these updates, if at the end, it always bring one issues of the other. Just two days ago,I saved money with your app, but after the recent update this morning, I couldn't save money again using the same card I have been using for nearly a year now. Please don't give your customers problems, you are dealing with people hard earned money. Ps: you guys have poor customer support. DAMN!

This new update on this app is so annoying You have to wait 24 hours before you receive your withdrawal gosh so if there's an emergency the person would have died before the withdrawal on this app will reflect on my bank account The way it was is actually better I don't know why you people decided to update this app Am leaving this app soon it's becoming annoying

Citywide has really helped me to safe money, it's a good app but I am rating 4stars because of the 24hours kept to retrieve payment from stash account. Kindly look at this and remove the 24hours to get credited.
