I can't add my s15 robot. When I scan the QR code on the bottom the app says the code is not correct. Works with the old app tho

Never trust a company that thinks the solution to bad reviews is to delete them rather than do something about the bad reviews. Is it really the ikohs ethos that customers dont mean anything (you do know we're the people who pay your wages?) I tried many times through every single option to contact customer support and have been ignored for over a week. It also doesn't excuse the fact you choose to delete negative reviews (which says that throughout the company customer service doesn't exist).

With LS23 it doesn't connect even though it is indicated in the manual. There is a specific app for LS23 it is called NetBot LS23.

They don't allow you to buy anything without NIE. Not to even mention how badly everything works. I guess they don't want my money :) I definitely won't become a customer!
