I'm thankful with the service bolt app offers to me.This is because the app ensures security to me and other mess up with me as the customer knows that the app has the details which can make follow ups.morever,the app makes requests towards my area of work and thus I save my fuel. A gain,bolt app has a service generally since I don't take so long before it request.However,the app gives requests beyond my radius which affect my performanc as many consider distance and cancel before I move.

The driver support don't know how to deal with the drivers problem, I have been suspended by authority because I had an issue with car's paper work for two days only ( they removed it), it was last January, since then I contacted the support department to remove it but nothing happens till now. They should take a course and learn more.

How can someone be working for a campaign bonus from morning time and then towards the end some people request you and cancel even when you have communicated with them and you are at the pickup and that affect your progress to the bonus. How is that supposed to be your fault. This is absolute rubish and scam. Uber doesnt do that stupid and fraudulent things.

Very unfortunate that Bolt App is taking huge commission from driver at this critical time. I can use the app but not as regular as before if the commission is still high like this because indrive App 11 percent commission, Rider is less than 10 percent commission. Think about it please my humble submission.

Poor customer care they never resolve anything nothing at all, excuses all the time and poor navigation system, never accurate giving routes that are no longer in use or breaking traffic rules and navigation system needs voice added to it for better navigation.

Working experience with the app is good, relatively smooth. Hovewer all in all it's not a job, it's an arcade game. You can only earn properly if you are lucky with tips. Else it's hard to even earn a minimum wage. Going to other cities the app randomly decides you can only get Pet requests... Enforces you to enroll in campaigns that basically tells you to work more so you earn more. No shot... It's not worth it money wise at all.
