Drivers suck. Delivery takes way too long. Food gets delivered cold or to the wrong house. After taking a break from ordering off here, tried again and the service still sucks, food still takes way to long to show up (today it took over an hour to receive my food) still shows up cold. Would very much recommend Doordash or Uber eats over this trash delivery service.

Usually the restaurant follows instructions, however there are times when I'm missing items. The tracking part jumps all over the place and I've had to talk to customer service to find out what is happening with my order at times. It is hard to follow.

I ordered food to the wrong address, but got ahold of customer service and was able to update the address to the new one, customer service confirmed they would be able to send it to the appropriate address. The courier dropped it off at the wrong address anyway. Refund was denied. Never using this app again.

I got the notification that the restaurant needed a bit more time, but after more than an hour I reached out to customer support. I was told a courier would be assigned immediately and was there anything else I needed. I checked the order and it was cancelled. I asked the csr and his response boiled down to "yeah sorry, we can't fulfill your order. Our bad, we'll do better next time. Have a great day bye" No mention of a refund, , just a quick exit after a miserable experience

Incredibly slow and inconsistent and over priced! They jack the prices way up while telling you that you get "free delivery" when you pay $9 for a item sold in that buisness for $3. Delivery isn't free, it's covered on the jacked up prices and slow service! Avoid avoid avoid

Honestly the worst experience ever. I have never used a food delivery app before & after 1 order here, never will again. Took me over 1 hour to get my food (from Wendy's). When I asked support if that was a normal time, I received the most unhelpful answer ever. He asked if there was anything else he could help with, I replied once more trying to gain clarity, & the chat was ended with no reply. Sure enough, when I got my food, it was cold, I requested a refund ($9 out of $28 ) which was denied.

Only one bad experience with a driver who left the order in an entryway where anyone could take it. Other than that, all orders were delivered with no issues. The food was good, and with the exception of the driver noted above, all the drivers were polite and followed delivery instructions.

I love skip the dishes app. Way better than door dash. A lot cheaper than door dash. Plus you get points for your orders. Plus skip offers various offers/challenges to earn extra points. I'm at a gold status level. Highly recommend skip the dishes app.

The North American Experience. Not everyone is open past 11pm (The time I get off my own worktime) and this app is unusable by the time I wish to eat at my own place without walking all the way myself. But after 12, every other place is closed, not by Skip. Just by North America in general. As much as I want to recommend a seamless food ordering experience, Skip isn't it while every store closes after 11-12am.
