Its my first time using it. Cheaper then just eat, easy to use. Was told by one of the staff of one take away I had. I'm glad or I wouldn't know about it. Thank you !

Order placing and paying ok, but after acknowledging that the order is placed, nothing, no peeping no cooking no on it way. for a while hour and a half. Then the order arrived.

Absolutely awful it took 3 hours to be delivered food was cold and awful and terrible quality would never use restaurant or app again wouldn't even give me a refund back to my card offered me a good will gesture to spend on there app I'm deleting app

Not too stressful to use and unlike just eat and deliveroo you didn't take my money until the driver was at my door food was a bit spikey and tough to eat but at nearly 3am and starving I'm grateful so thank you.

Absolute joke...... Put in an order for my family on Mothers Day and was then offered a £5 discount IF....I ordred within the next four hours and your minimum spend is £15....How ridiculous is that!!! I NEVER recieve vouchers or savings and we use this app frequently. Will be getting rid of foodhub because we are just paying a middle man for absolutely NOTHING.

No refund, say contact the takeaway despite the takeaway shutting down phone line. Eventually offered £1.50 and a £3.50 item was missing, so i could meet the minimum payment with the wallet balance. Voucher didn't work. The internal wallet requires a card payment not gpay to use. Another order was cancelled by the restaurant, and the refund was stuck in the wallet, not the card I paid with, still, even after this weasely reply to review. If it happens to you, submit a chargeback with your bank.

Joke for discounts, just ordered something to then be told save £5 on your next order available only for the next 2hrs, now why would I be ordering in the next 2hrs if ive just ordered something, try giving the discount first, talk about not wanting to give anything away, keep it foodhub if you need it that much.

App fine it's when you have waited over two hours for food that was never coming . And some says they will get back to you and don't. I supposedly had been given a £5 voucher . I have never seen.x
