Worst Experience. No benefit for drivers. I am running this app as a driver as the fares offered are very low and there is also an option passenger write fare more lower. And the heavy commissions are taken from drivers. Secondly they block your account even if the ride is cancelled by passengers. Drivers shouldn't use this app.Be aware. I am switching to other apps

I have been using the app for the last 2 or more years. The app worked just fine. At start they had fewer rides as compared to careem but later on completely took over any other competitor in market. Whenever we tried to book rides, there were ample rides excluding few odd occasions here and there but now this app has taken the shape of its predecessors like careem and uber and has gone completely downhill. After the recent update, it takes huge time to book rides and often shows no rides atall

The last update is amazing. The new design is eye-catching, and the new features added are very useful. The only missing feature is to make fixed known prices for things like the long waiting time during pickup and other extra requests from the passengers during the trips.

This particular upgrade is really a lower grade of indrive version, login problem, it use to exit by itself and finding it difficult to respond to network to reopen again, mins of pick up and destination hardly show from the ride orders, riders numbers hardly come out if you want to call them, top up payment problem. This is the most worst grade you ever had, I think you people should bring back our old version, it's far better than this. Thank you Please Indrive should provide email for drivers

In terms of getting in contact with available rides- it's good. The app is not good though - you can hardly track the driver and in some cases even when you have reached the destination they still show the car standing at pick up point. No proper way of getting in touch with support.

The app always come through for me when the regular taxis don't, the convenience and reliability of the service have saved my day multiple times! Yes it's may need a new look, but personally I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable ride option.

I’m fed up with the recent update to your app. It’s a complete disaster! Since the update, the app has been glitchy as hell. It crashes all the time, freezes randomly, and takes forever to load. Do you even test these updates before releasing them? And what’s with the new layout? It’s a freaking maze! I can’t find anything anymore. Did you hire a toddler to design it? It’s confusing, messy, and downright infuriating. And I am also Writing about this on social media regarding this issue.

In South Africa where I am the app is now a problem,, payment options only show sometimes to the rider and not the driver which creates friction between passenger and driver at the end of the trip. The app will take the lowest possible fare even if it costs more to go pick the passenger up,,there shd be a set bar that no matter how shot the ride is,it should not be lower that the set fare. It would be helpful to bring back the Capitec notification icon and the card payment option icon,

There is a lot of things we have, which indrive need to update. 1-toll tax has to be include automatically in ride once the rider has book the ride. 2-waiting charges should be applicable more 5 mnts waiting. 3-indrive has to provide the button to choosen location (from-to). 4-indrive has to provide coosen distance criteria option for drivers. If you like my suggestion then please implement the same at the earliest because indrive is a great platform. Tnx.
