So far customer support has been poor to non existent. App fails to load my kiwi bank cards (credit and debit). I have contacted the bank and have been informed that there are no issues on the bank side (cards work on Z petrol app). Still waiting to hear back from customer support...... so far I have been unable to use this app to make a review

Interior to Caltex and Z. Went to redeem the 15c discount today by signing up to app and selecting the freebie. The option disappeared and I have no way to access the deal. I tried completing the transaction in the hopes it would attach the discount however this was not the case. Will continue to wait for Super Pumped Wednesdays with Caltex for best rates. App is easier to use also.

Hi team, Wed 22 2020, was your app down? Tried looking on social media if it was because my app kept saying it was "unable to connect to server". Had data, attempted to use wifi- to no avail. Stopped working, I cant enter numbers to put in my pin, changed english keyboard still not working been weeks no help from support they dont seem to know about the bug rung 4 times waiting 40 mins ea time. Uninstalled reinstalled half a dozen times, they even suggest it's my credit card no it isn't use it every day. Had enough going to another fuel supplier

I downloaded the app because I was offered 15c discount if I paid using the app that day. However, due to the lack of instructions I didn't know you had to start the app before pumping the petrol so missed out on the discount because the transaction had already been transferred to the cashier. I emailed a complaint to BPMe and they reapplied the discount to use at a later date. Have since used the app once and it's fast and convenient. Would have given 5 stars if it had instructions.

Useful app when you're in a hurry, but please consider staff jobs in these hard times. *The new look didn't fix much. Today the app wouldn't give me the Pay in Car option, right on my local BP forecourt! Had to fiddle around and get to the correct screen in a roundabout way. Maybe put that option in the menu! *Please make a tab in the menu where users can instantly see accumulated rewards. *Please keep old messages accessible. *Please bring coffee ordering to the smaller places too!

This app used to be wonderful I used it multiple times aday due to time savings. As of the last 5days since the update I cannot use my scan codes in store and therefore I cannot collect any rewards , the update was to include a one code for all but the store computer does not recognize this, In turn i have missed out on many rewards If anyone else is having this problem the only thing that will work is giving them your 13digit manual code found in the menu bar under wildbean cafe
