The VPN server is good. The service was great til it wasn't. App works, it does what it needs too. But pray u don't need their customer service.

I've used this for the last 2 years and I just want to brag about unreliable my connection has been while using IPVanish. My internet connection drops at least 6 or 7 times an hour. Who needs a constant connection for downloads or syncing with large databases? Not us in the 21st century, that's for sure! I'll be dropping my subscription when it ends and switch to something more reliable. VPNs are important these days so insist on the best...and it isn't IPVanish.

Dodgy app!!! You can't use us netflix as advertised, they have taken unauthorised transactions out of my bank account, worst VPN on the market don't waste your time, I've got through 10+ emails with still no resolve. Request 1 month at $14.99 and they have taken over $50 out of my account, they are being thieves because they know they don't have much time left since their system is broken, can't provide a basic service anymore, they are trying to collect every last dollar before they go under.

Fake Didn't change location like it says it does, not able to watch U.S.A Netflix from Canada. IPVANISH APP says connected to united states but Netflix still says Canada . Fake VPN location changer

GUI ruined + latest update connects you blindly to a sever, you have no idea where it is (can only confirm with whois ip). Used to connect to my chosen city server very fast. It takes ages. City search feature is not working anymore (searched for London and after more than 2 minutes it had not come up with a hit) Devs say they have not touched the code of the core of the app. Well, it seems they have inadvertently touched something, time for them to accept it & do something about it!

Don't bother. Got it so i can watch netflix in other places and that doesn't work. When you ask them about it they give you a temporary free membership to an additional software strongdns and then you'll be able to connect to other netflix servers but support for that is limited to just computers and the additional software in addition to this software is extremely difficult to figure out how the heck this all works. If i could go back in time i would probably get nordvpn instead

After verifying account, I was told to follow a link to change the password. That failed. Oh, it simply expired by the way, the account. So, I cannot simply pay, nor change password. Catch 22 limbo land. I cannot make a new account with my only email address. At this rate, I may have to subscribe to someone else's service, as I do not want to be without a VPN for this long. Product? Good. Service? Sucks.

Fantastic product, very easy to use, I am a newbie to this most excellent service if I can easily navigate this then anyone can, even a complete novice. Customer Services were incredibly helpful when I requested their advice, very professional and ready when I reached out. I have no compunction in recommending IPVanish to anyone who maybe considering or researching which one to choose. IPVanish is a great product and it maybe a cliche to say, however; it really does exactly what it says it can.

This app updated in February 2022 is slick to look at but is very difficult to navigate as a user. The widget is gone, and there is no way to quickly pick a country and city. To pick a city you have to scroll through the list of every single city in every single country where they have servers. This app has been stable & easy to use for years, but now I think it is worse in every way.
