I can use the app to do everything I want on my account. That's one thing I love about the app. one improvement is to help with English and other language options. The option never works for me.

My phone (the one on which I already have this app installed) got broken and I bought a new cell phone. However, I can not install the app again because the BNP's system remembers it as the only valid app and does not allow me to install it again on anotherddevice (i.e. on my new phone) . So, what can I do. I don't live In France anymore and nobody in the BNP paribas branch speak English so I can not write to them.

Cle digitale was failing with "erreur 83" and now fails with "erreur 81". Perfect user experience to fail with error numbers.... Great app, just totally pointless...

App is really great but widget isn't working; I keep trying to allow meteo and solde display but when I restart the app, changes aren't saved and when I touch the widget informations disappear and it asks me to allow the stuff again

I updated the application and i can no more make transfers. I cannot activate bénéficiaires and the application is broken. It did not even log on. Please test before you Deploy to production. I am going to quit BNP for this if not resolved immediately

Frustrating experience of app and online webservices. They have the money and tech to create clean, modern, usable services but continue to use the same outdated circular illogic of most french systems. Bummer.
