App works well has a clean interface and seems easy to use, but it requires that I log in every time I open it including two-factor authentication and closes or logs me out if I press the back button too much can be a little annoying to use because of that, I understand security and everything, but even my banking apps don't require me to log in with two-factor every single time

Update Q4-2021. UI is more responsive, E-transfers good. Whats also new is the sneaky price gouging. For example if I try to convert 3KCAD to XLM - I end up over paying $30-35$, that ISht adds up. Quoted 8471 XLM. Transaction shows 8466 STOP ROBBING ME As of june 2021. Its getting better. Still glitchy interface. Why does back button exit the app Instead of going to the main menu at times?... E-transfers have gotten alot more consistent and faster. Customer support is probably still lacking.

Tried verification process but still not been able to get verified as the app was bugging and could not seem to clearly recognise my deivers license even know it was in a bright and clear position. Then after multiple trials it finally blocked me from access and gor an email saying they would look at it manually and get back to me with further steps. It has been a week and still no news. Support is absolutly 0. Hear good things about the app fonctionality but there is no support at all.

E transfer was removed from my bank with no funds not deposited into my newton account. There is no transaction pending. I've never seen money simply get lost with an e transfer. I've submitted my ticket, waiting for a response. Really unnecessary. I'll move on to another service. Edit Transfer eventually went thru. They responded a day or two after. They sent an email after stating their pause with deposits. They are now allowing them again but with possible delays. Happy to have my money.

Never had an issue buying cryptos with Canadian dollars. Awesome platform. I love how trades for the coins on the platform shows real time. Highly recommend! EDIT: A few months later after making this review and I just sold a bit of crypto back to Canadian dollars into my bank account via e transfer for the first time! I have to say, it was pretty flawless and awesome. Never had a problem with Newton. I love you Newton!! Thanks for what you do!

Freezes withdraw, but can deposit funds . Says suspicious activity if you have too much money . Going in or out . Customer support is garbage

It shows same portfolio and prices since morning. I can't sell my coins at high price because it shows the same price was in morning. Tried to contact customer service but still did not get any response and now prices are dropping. It will be huge loss for me if it doesn't fixed quickly. Don't use this app. You will lose money.

The new update has messed up the logging in process for me. It constantly logs me out, AutoFill is not working and sometimes when I try logging in, I get an error message saying "unable to authenticate". All these started with the new update. Please fix this and we will appreciate the limit order features and alerts within the app will be great as well

It is good overall, except at times it has issue with logging me out when I don't ask or I don't log out myself first. It has some bug or something when logging in because as an example; I put my email and password correctly and I get an error of "something went wrong, please try again later" and then I think I forgot my password but I didn't. I kept resetting my password, sometimes it works and sometimes not. I try to login correctly, then it doesn't go to the verification code screen after
