Tested and trusted! I had a transaction that was delayed a bit due to some technical issues before the fund was remitted to the beneficiary's account. When this happened I was worried because of some stories I've heard about some money transfer apps being nonchalant with issues like this. They are a bunch of thieves that will take all your information and then block your account and claim it is for "security reasons" they don't want to explain what security reasons but will tell you that they can do whatever they want. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES!

Beware – Identity Theft Concern – They will entice you with a favorable transfer rate. You’ll provide your name, address, phone number, email address, copy of your ID, picture, and banking details. Your transfer will fail and they will suspend your account with no explanation except that they closed your account due to security reasons. They will then cease to communicate with you. They will tell you that they are required to keep your personal information for an undisclosed period of time.

I never got my $10 after my first transfer. They had no idea how to resolve the issues I was having in my account and they decided to close the account. One of the representative about a month ago advised me to open a new account. And now they ended up closing both my accounts. Now I can't use either of my accounts. They have major security issue and I would strictly advise others not to give them your bank account or id. They look very fishy company.
