Easy to navigate with clean interface. Terrible system design by separating all BOQ services. Why not consolidate everything into one app? Practically makes no sense and is unintuitive.

This is a pitiful app constantly having to uninstall and reinstall also getting duplicate transactions. Sick of seeing the oops our bad. Really inconvenient as there us no other way to access your account. Don't bother trying to contact via phone I have hung on for over an hour at times. It's only the interest rate that keeps me.

Garbage. Can't login. Super glitchy... I had high hopes for this considering how poorly maintained their website and other app are. If you're still with BOQ just switch to another bank.. seriously. Several years outdated and struggling to keep up as far as convenience goes

People complaining about not being able to use the app with their existing accounts... I know it's a pain switching everything over but the interest rates on savings and the ease of this new app makes it well worth it. BOQ has finally entered the modern world of banking and they've entered with a bang. I love this app and I love BOQ.

Would be minus stars if possible. App does not work at all. Downloaded twice me tried multiple times to open an account. Kept saying there was aproblwm on their end... Pretty bad considering all of the new banking options revolve around the app. Very disappointed.

I was honestly not going to open an account with BOQ after reading the app reviews but really happy with the way everything has worked out so far with the app. Not sure why some app users are so cranky about this app when the app itself is seamlessly convenient to use. A few notes that I would recommend is to be able to see if a user is on track to getting the savings interest. Also, for the users to be able to create goals.

Took a few goes to get to the screen where you can enter your verification documentation as it kept crashing. After adding the info for three documents to the app it still wanted more documentation! I am trying to sign up my 15 year old daughter and she doesn't have any other forms of ID. Surely a Medicare card, passport and birth certificate should be sufficient. I need needed to ring support to setup the account for us and now I need to verify her identity. Definitely not a 5 minute process!

Security features are great, personally I like the idea of using myBOQ app only on one phone & no web access which increase protection from hackers. So far it has the highest interest rate you can possibly get with fair achievable bonus criteria. Helpdesk has improved lately.

Never had this experience that a banking app can be so slow, and now it's even showing an issue of connection from your end. How can people feel secure to put money in. Now I can't even track my transaction or do anything with my account, and the customer service seems to take forever to get in???
