UI changed and not user friendly anymore. Before, you have the withdraw, deposit, cryptos on the screen and if you click on them you can see the history of the crypto, your wallet. Now the words have been replaced by graphs and you cant find these options easily. Bring the old UI back.

If I can rate for a zero or negative star, this app is so deserving for that rate. I have been a user of this app for a long time now, but since the update, their system is now useless, a total waste. They should have retained their original format. Before my cash in and disbursements will not take a minute to be added on my account. Now you may have second thoughts as to process via this app or not due to their never-ending offline shenanigans. Have to uninstall this soon.

HORRIBLE USER INTERFACE Its 2023 but the interface set back to 10 years after update. Can't get transaction details and record. HORRIBLE. just attrocious! My 1000 pesos didn't even go to the destination account. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS APP. almost like a SCAM APP now. After the update.

This is more than a personal wallet. an app with great features in this digital age.. Solved the problem in updating and even reinstalling. By making sure there's alot of space in phone storage(1gb is not enough, personally tried 4gb and installation is flawless).

I have been using this app for load/bills before but since there are no more cashback, I have just used this for billease payments which is now also a hassle since the app always says "invoice not found" everytime I generate a payment link. Such a disappointment. I guess thank you for those years. I may need to uninstall this app moving forward

The worst. Whether as a paying agent or as a disbursement method, this app is incapacitated. It is ridiculous how merchants list Coins as among payment channels that posts payment instantly when in fact it does not. What it does is eat your time, waste it together with its equally incapable customer service that takes forever to respond. Have the brains at least to remove that label "instant" from payment partners if you are incapable of real time posting of payments! This app sucks!

I tried to pay for a loan using this app. This app usually notifies through text if the payment was processed. However, I was not able to get any notification and my payment was not processed(it doesnt reflect on the other app as my loan is still there) but the money was deducted. It only happened after the update. I have already made a ticket and they already responded with an email. How hard is it to refund my money back since the money is still with you?

I requested a payment for my Billease account for Php5762 last July 13, 2023, the amount was deducted from my balance but the payment was not received by Billease still. This app cause me a lot of trouble now since I am already late with my payment with Billease. Worst thing is that I can't get a hold of any direct answer from you.

Terrible update. We are using this before with our eloading business. But now it sucks using it. It's not user friendly, and sometimes it's down getting an internal server error. Saving favorites is gone and loading becomes more difficult. We will be switching to maya for eloading and bills payment transactions.
