Schlechter Support von Bison und der Solaris Bank. Die Solaris Bank braucht Wochen um eine Überweisung zu finden. Es fehlen 10.000€ und die Bank (Solaris) kann mir nicht einmal die Informationen zusenden, die mein IB Broker brauch um das Geld zu finden. Warte schon seit 5 Wochen auf die richtigen Informationen.

Ich warte seit Ewigkeiten auf eine Verifizierung. Zwar wird darauf hingewiesen, aber es heißt es könnte bis zu einer Woche dauern. Jetzt ist ein Monat verstrichen. In der Zwischenzeit sind die Kurse mal wieder deutlich hoch gegangen. Andere Anbieter verifizieren binnen Minuten.

Leider ist eine Verifizierung nicht möglich - auch nach minutenlanger Wartezeit wird keine Verbindung hergestellt. Auch scheint man nicht in eine Warteschlange aufgenommen zu werden - zumindest wird nichts dergleichen angezeigt. Die Bedienung (im Testmodus) ist einfach und übersichtlich, daher hätte ich ansonsten sicher eine gute Bewertung gegeben.

Update: Noch immer versuche ich mich zu verifizieren. Mittlerweile seit 1 Woche. :D Ohne Erfolg. Egal ob Warteliste/SMS oder man einfach stundenlang im Wartefenster bleibt. Nichts. Ich frage mich wirklich wieso ich bei Trade Rebublic keine 2min am Wochenende warten musste. Anderer Verifizierungspartner? Geben die mehr Geld aus für bevorzugte Verifizierung? So macht Ihr euch doch nur eure Bewertung kaputt. Schade drum!

Android 7.1.2: Habe öfter das Problem, dass die App beim erneuten Öffnen (vorher wurde die App einfach normal beendet) beim biometric login hängen bleibt und ewig lädt. Muss die App dann komplett beenden (Task) und neu öffnen. Es wird soweit ich das erkennen kann nirgendwo mein aktuell vorhandener Crypto Betrag angezeigt. Lediglich der FIAT Gegenwert. Wäre schön wenn das auf der Portfolioseite angezeigt würde oder umschaltbar wäre. Sonst tut die App was sie soll.

Fast perfekt! Die Charts haben fast dieselbe Farbe wie der Hintergrund, ich muss schon ganz genau schauen und darf zB nicht gerade in der Sonne stehen im den Chartverlauf erkennen zu können. Ansonsten top, außer natürlich automatische Ein- und Verkäufe bei festgelegten Limits
