Bitte optimiert eure App! Nicht nur, dass sie beim postident mehrfach abstürzt, die Desktopversion wünscht alle 5sec eine Authentifizierung per App. Selbst wenn es nur um Fragen geht, die ich persönlich für unsinnig halte. Warum stellt ihr mir Fragen zu den Finanzinstrumenten? Und warum muss eine solche Eingabe authentifiziert werden? Wenn ihr sowas schon macht, dann sorgt bitte wenigstens dafür, dass die App zwischendurch nicht regelmäßig abstürzt!

Erstaunlich gute Version 1.0 der App. Depoteröffnung hat schnell, einfach und ohne Probleme geklappt. Auch Depotübertrag war mit einem Klick beauftragt. Aktuell wird man noch häufiger ausgeloggt und Passwort muss neu eingegeben werden, aber das bessert sich hoffentlich mit den Folgeversionen.

Nicht für Smartbroker-Kunden nutzbar! Neue Registrierung notwendig weil andere Bank mit höheren Trading-Gebühren (z. B. Lang & Schwarz). Nur mit Depotübertrag kann man sein Depot weiter nutzen. Schade, weil viele lange auf eine App gewartet haben.
