Can't even open an account. I've tried setting up an account with one email, it says somethings gone wrong but then when you try setting it up again I'm told the email already exists, so I try logging in, this account doesn't exist. Gave in, tried using a different email, same errors. I know the demand and traffic must be huge after the week we've had, but this isn't an app for cat videos, its a stock trading app, it's serious business when you're being trusted with peoples money.

Been trading for a week or so and enjoying the experience so far. Good interface, just missing certain things like after hours value, options, etc. I'm just learning so don't miss these too much, but these would be good additions. A dark mode would also be good.

-60 day fund withdrawal time is far too much -The server's can't handle any amount of increased volume without crashing. -No more express deposits/credit card deposits, you will now have to wait 1-2 days before the money is available. -Fairly limited features without paying for their "premium" service. The UI is fantastic, this app has massive potential, but these updates are going in the wrong direction and until they're reverted, I won't be using it and neither should you.

App itself is great. Provides ample details on stock as well as easy to search lists. No issue so far. Just missing some features such as limit stop trades which you can only do on the website at the time of this review. EDIT: it now does limit stop trades on app and the new updated layout is super clean and untuitive! Good job!

At first I was impressed with the phone app and website. Then started noticing issues and limitations, so I decided to move. I have been trying to move shares out of stake for the past 3 weeks. Everytime I get no reasons as to why it failed. I have followed all the instructions on the site but it still fails. Emails take days to get answers from support. I am tired and frustrated. Hi Stake have tried to contact auspport with no response.

This brokerage app sure is convenient and reliable. My withdrawals were always on time, they even provide exact number and calculation of the fees. Once, I had a problem when I need to change my address but the team has managed it so well with clear communication and result! 10/10 I would recommend this app.

Was really keen to use the app, looks well designed and everything. But the only way to transfer money is to hand over your internet banking login and PASSWORD (after you have already given full name, driver licence number, home address, phone number etc) or credit card details + steep card fees. Not worth the risk imo. Needs PayPal or some other reputable way of transferring money without gouging.

Poor sloppy apps. Transferred thousands into the account only to find out that my account is not approved yet. No notification or indication for me on the app about it until I get to desktop. i can't add fund via debit card yesterday on the app, had to get into desktop and get Macquire bank details to remit the fund via internet banking. their support do not read the email properly and keep answering the same thing. oh yeah, it will take them a long time to respond to the email support.

Great app and outstanding friendly service from the help team (I had a small issue that resolved on it's own, but got ample support and advice when I asked so a big win for Stake in my book). As a first time trader it took a while to get used to, but the interface and transparency really boosted my confidence; I have and will continue to recommend Stake to anyone interested in investing :)
