After series of back and forth while creating the card and funding it. Transactions got declined and my card was still debited. Almost a fortnight after, I'm yet to get a fund reversal and it's just been a complete nightmare with this app. I do not recommend.

I can't even begin to describe the issue with this application, overall it's so terrible. The UI experience is poor previously created dollar cards or currency cards are lost with each update, I won't recommend this to anyone

Dear person reading this, only download this app if you want to be frustrated. Most of the good things you've heard about this app is just paid PR. Having used it personally, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The software isn't well built. It returns arcane error messages. I created a USD Mastercard, funded it. The card doesn't work. It's rejected on every platform. Guess what, I can't withdraw my funds from the card. This app should be reported and banned.

This platform is a scam. I swapped my funds for dollars, got debited but never got the dollars. The customer service is trash. Each time I contact them,they send me the same message that they are working on it. It's almost a month now.

If I could give it a zero star rating, I would. The exchange rate is higher than normal exchange rate, card rules don't make any sense, minimum funding limit makes no sense. It started off as a good app but later brought these stupid rules and limits.

Don't download they are completely scammers. They debited me $200 and the payment was declined for more than one month now they don't want to refund it the remaining $1.26 they have taken it too, the next they did is delete all my transaction details and took back the card i bought from them and finally they block my account to proofe they're 100% scammers. Stay safe and don't become their next Victim.

Awful. Can't fund Mastercard. Was advised we can't fund it anymore despite paying $5 for it. Now I'm asked to fund the visa card and its not possible either. I have subscriptions to pay for but I keep getting error messages while trying to fund. Next thing they'll charge me for not funding my card. Very frustrating app. If you can't go a day without having issues maybe you need to pack up and let's find alternatives. You are making our lives difficult

You guys should be ashamed of your services. Your customer care is meaningless. I'm still wondering how you can't get the simple basics of your business app. Not working, not opening, not connecting. Every time you keep requesting passwords and pin changes like one's taking water. PAYDAY. When you change your password and manage to log in after days to make transactions, it will be an error message popping up continuously for no reason.
