So poor - As part of my investing education I thought I would sign up to moneyfarm as they were cheap and the robo investors seemed to be getting positive reviews online. My experience with them is that everything is painfully slow and there is little communication or details as to why certain investments have been made.

Flashy UI with decent customer service but the asset management is not up to the standard in my opinion. Money Pots go negative very often which indicates the strategies in place, Portfolio diversification and trading is not being properly managed.

To add money to a pension you need to physically sign a dd mandate and email it. Havent signed anything for a decade!. I assume they dont still make ridiculous claims about growth as ive been investing in a pension for 3 years, monthly payments, and its worth less than the money invested. Now i know we have to be realistic in turbulent times but losing money?

Pretty poor performance over the last 3 years TBH. 12% total over almost 3 years, well below market standard of 6-8% annually. For comparison just investing into S&P 500 over the same period of time would give ~30%. And no, it's not because of COVID, which actually helped the growth if anything, pre COVID performance was ~9%.
