This is the only app that works on my Huawei P30 with the cheap CamLink clone available in most stores. I would happily pay for the full version if the VR mode would implement the Google VR Services interface (no head tracking, display the same regardless of orientation). The Google VR interface can be calibrated for any headset and it also includes lens distortion correction. PLEASE add this feature as it could open a new era for VR on Linux using this setup: Linux -> CamLink -> OTG -> your app

I have been looking for an app that would let me view a 10M USB inspection camera through OTG on my phone for years. Something that would just give me a camera feed and not bother me. THIS ONE DOES IT! THANK YOU! Can't comment on intrusive ads due to root + adaway but even without it I'd probably still be satisfied.

It's a best app, but since 11 march 2023 update it stopped working on my phone and is crashing again and again, please fix the issue, before 11 march 2023 update it was working 100% fine but after updating it, it's crashing again and again whenever I connect my cloneralliance view pro vhs recorder with it. Please fix the issue. Its also crashing on my tab, it didn't worked a single time on my tab. But still giving 5 stars because it worked fine on my other phone where app update wasn't done.

Only one on the app store that actualy works. UX is horrible but it do its job shoes stream and records video. Im using it each time when going to fly with my drone. Not a single failure so far!

I get an error when I try to use the app: UVC device error! -256, what does it means? That is with two different webcams. Edit: Thanks for your response, I am using two Android (6 and 8.1) both installed in a Virtualbox and the camera is connected to a computer. Your app worked perfectly in an orange pi 4g, but in the "emulator" is not working :( maybe is an I/O error?

Does not make USB cameras available to other apps like Zoom or the default camera app on my device. I need a better camera than the integrated cameras on my tablet for video conferencing. And this only allows the tablet to detect the USB camera in the app - not across the whole tablet for other apps to use. I'm sure this app is great for taking stand alone pictures and video that can be viewed later. But this does not allow apps like Zoom to access an external USB camera.

I use this for my digital microscope and it's perfect. Had a panic attack when it suddenly stopped working but it turns out that it defaulted to Pal instead of NTSC for video type. Switched it and it's all good.

Works very well with my SIGMA fp connecting directly to my phone (Redmi Note 8 Pro) via USB C. The audio could be better if more controls (auto-gain) and filters are available ie. noise suppression. I might be tempted to buy the paid version if those features are available.
