I use to love Fanduel and played it daily. I was down a few hundred in my first year. I never had any problems depositing or withdrawing. Now that I've made a few bucks and I'm up I get my account locked and MY money froze. Customer service won't even talk to me. They keep making me jump through hoop after hoop and I've done everything they asked. Been 5 days and still no returned email from support. These guys are crooks and will steal your money.

Every few minutes it needs to reverify location. And, for some reason, this often fails, resulting in having to reboot the app (there's no retry button). It stopped updating me on scores of a game I was watching and greyed out the cash out button. Hours later, it said the game was over but the score hadn't changed on the app (I had to go elsewhere to find out what happened). This happened to me multiple times and costs me money. The app glitches me so I can't log in sometimes. Etc.

I now no longer have to fix the location issue every time which is a positive. however, selling my location data to third party apps and companies seems kind of grody. I have no choice to opt out of location data that you sell.

Won't allow me to bet. Says location is verified when i log in, but when i go to bet it says loction can't be verified. I've updated the app, have full location sharing, and wifi on. App has all permissions and still won't work.

Draftkings is much better with the withdrawal feature alone. Draftkings is instant. Fanduel makes you wait 24hrs for a debit card withdrawal. They take your money in an instant, but have to approve the transfer that takes up to 24hrs. Should have the capability to credit the user as quick as you debit the user. GO TO DRAFTKINGS INSTEAD

I love this app and it is fun to use. But lately it is getting frustrating and worse each day. Constantly struggling to find location. I could be logged in, watching a game, not even moving from my chair and the second i try to make a bet it loses location!? While this happens things tend to freeze up then change when it finds location, accepts my bet but changes my picks just enough for me to lose. FIX IT BEFORE I DELETE!!!!

Legal scammers, there have been multiple times where my betslip just so happened to go down by one notch or two. Where it was someone's points going down, assists, three pointers, yards ran.. I play with three other people and it has happened to all of us. I'm sure legally they can do that but clearly they are cheating people out of money. and FanDuel don't respond saying the refs can impact the game as well because I already know this and I watch the game on my TV while I'm betting. Scammers.

I would give a 0 star if that was an option. My fanduel experience is miserable. Constantly locked out of my account because someone trying to get in my account. The password reset process is so stupid cuz i have to do the reset process twice for it to register. Than when i successfully reset pw, i cant log in ayway cuz its says my location is restricted. Te restricted lacation bs has been goin on for 2 years now. Sometimes it lets me in, sometimes it says nope not today.

app was great before last update! Sucks when your playing slots, and it constantly has to verify your location, every 5 spins ,when you haven't moved an inch. If your in free spins and it reloads you don't get them back, thats where you win.
