I have tried everything and cannot get this awful app to send notifications to my phone when motion is detected. Its a shame because the camera products are great but no notifications is a deal breaker for me.

App wont last more than 3 hours without freezing. Useless as a permanent display. This has been going on for over 2 years over WiFi or Lan, update after update. Useless.

Avoid purchasing cameras from EZVIZ. Their support is unhelpful, and their Windows application is unreliable. They never respond to inquiries. I have four cameras and am now facing problems. I will continue sharing my experience on social media until my issues are resolved.

App used to be fairly OK, but door unit refuses to change from Chinese and my notifications have stopped coming through. Also doesn't record for long enough and can't seem to change this!

I am very disappointed: my new CS-CB3 camera works great on my phone, but I cannot enable rtsp for adding the camera to zoneminder. LAN live view is not able to discover my camera. I regret that I purchased this camera. Edit: I contacted the support team and they confirmed that the camera doesn't support RTSP. How can a camera not support RTSP in 2024? You should warn your buyers about this lack, because the camera is almost useless. Downgrade to 1 star.

It's a Good doorbell camera better than other companies not going mention the name of the company. Plus for me it got the siren for auto tracking and anti theft protection with siren plus a intruder siren keep out. Like the doorbell update app get more updates other companies not going mention the name. Good for me. needs to have package protection theft protection. The doorbell needs color night vision even in low light. also needs changing voice. thank very much. don't have package protection

Do not purchase Ezvis camera's...absolutely rubbish and expensive. Bad network reception even 3 metres away from the router and the camera randomly moves in the middle of the night even with tracking off. TP Link Tapo is the best way to go, Ezviz is expensive junk with bad support

Once the 7day free trial subscription is over over all the experience of the app is bad, one cannot fast-forward the playback video, two way audio feature does not work from day 1, immediate notification cannot be viewed on realtime and more.
