Great platform only wish that as a seller when I'm.loadinv photos it allows me to search my photo folders not just recently taken also. Wish it allows me to zoom in on photos that I'm selecting so I can. check them while creating a listing

1 Authentication doesn't work: bought several manolos and loro piana with authentication and they were fakes, the team took a second look and agreed with my assessment. Not everyone has originals to compare to, so I wouldn't count on their experts 2 Customer Care takes ages 3 Management doesn't take responsibility for their tech issues (changed prices after I sent items, no communication) 4 Plarform takes 23% of what buyer is paying & it doesn't include authentication or shipping costs.

This APP is good if you don't need to contact them as their customer service is the most ridiculous thing in the world. They have overcharged on my seller fee and I raised this issue back in Nov 2023, they confirmed & agreed with the situation on 6 Dec 2023. It has been over a month and I've yet to receive the reimbursement. Each time I followed up with their customer service, they didn't even bother going through the case and I have to explain the whole situation again. Ref 36004832, 37397669

Poor user experience due to technical issues transacting via app, promo code was "applied" but not reflected in final cost and company was not willing to refund cost.

Ver user-unfriendly interface. Search resets every time you want to add something. Same with s rolling through items. Many fake sellers within list items atleast 3 times with exact same photos but different sizes f.e. The expert team seems to be not keen on supporting real items instead always chasing easy money f.e. constantly bombing with notifications like "reduce your price instead of 2000£ to 300£".

Wanted to make a 1st time purchase but unable to log in app. Keeps saying login temporarily unavailable and to try back later. I'm logged in to the web though but wanted to use the app for my discount.
