best app I've had & pays for me when I shop over 1,000 stores online I've actually received checks for 58.00 ,75.00, 47.00 in past 9 months so yes yes yes use the a app. many other ways to make money with it too refer, games etc !! you won't regret it no glizting either awesome dependable app & customer service I've never had to use !!

App freezes when you try to shop. So annoying! The app won't let me sign in now.It says you cannot sign in right now. What is wrong with this app such frustrating issues.

While I enjoy the concept, often when browsing store pages within the Rakuten app, they freeze, are slow to load or error out completely. This is the most frustrating part. 6 months layer, and the same still happens.

They never paid me my cash back for signing up to Philo via their browser link. Now they're claiming that they don't have my payment documented, although I am now in my third month of paying for the service. The problem is that there is, conveniently for them, no documentation that I used their extension because they didn't provide any record.

I'm trying to use Rakuten, ebay. The ebay Captura doesn't seem to go through, even you've clicked on correct pictures to process the payment, refres new Captura. For Instacart, When you tap on the shopping basket icon for checkout, however, Checkout Button isn't displayed. I was checking to see if it was Rakuten, or Instacart. I went on the Instacart website without Rakuten, the checkout option was displayed. Please I really want the savings! Instacart customer service are not aware 8%discount

Rakuten is horrible. I have received 2 checks since I joined. The first one was a lot less than should have been. Check that has just been sent is way less than the screen shot i took the first of this month. And you can't communicate with a human. I give it minus 5 stars.

None of the stores would allow the application of the coupon. So why bother with Rakuten if I don't get a discount and there is no confirmation that I will receive cash back on my purchases. I question the validity and financial safety of using this app.

Unable to select in-store purchase for selected restaurants. Always get an "Oops, something went wrong." If I select 1 restaurant, the app selects all of the restaurants and won't add any restaurants. I have tried to chat with Rakuten, but there are no solutions.

They cut the Rakuten card from accounts. Too often, cash back does not appear in your account. I am currently missing cash back from QVC. More trouble than it is worth. There must be better options.
