No experience because this required access to my phone media files. Why is this required for this app to run? The use of contract (number), profile photo and other files is surely optional, if these files will ever be on my phone.

Worst banking application ever. Even as you install it you have to install it twice because it crashes. Now it is Friday afternoon, i need to do a payment and it won't work. Stay away from it, any others are better.

Error messages not providing useful Information. You have to interact with support staff to understand the limitation or issue. Unbelievable that in 2022 you don't get the reason in the message and to get it solved you must call and wait, and wait.... I gave up after ~14 minutes in the call queue. Dissapointed.

Lots of bugs, desynchronizations and errors. Maybe it's time to work on it to be useful and usable, as communication with the bank client service is almost impossible.

This application is still in incipient stage, shouldn't have been released. It crashes randomly, cannot store more than 3 beneficiaries even if it says it does, etc. Since when has testing become optional?

I can't use the app on mobile. I can access my account on PC without any problem, but on mobile app there is an error message : ,, Appearantly you don't have neobt". I have already installed the app... I am very dissappointed about that.

Will stay at 1(one) star for as long as banking apps discriminate against rooted phones. This cat and mouse game of hiding root from the banking app is beyond absurd. The banking app saving the phone's hardware fingerprint to completely disallow further reinstall attempts is borderline abusive, regardless of the Terms of Service.

The app doesn't accept my password, even if it is the correct one. This wrong behavior is avoided after a phone restart or a cache clear. Contrary to what support rep sais, it is not about weak internet connection.
