The devs should really reconsider the new UI. The old one was better. This isn't about resisting change. This should be a dead simple app, but the smaller touch targets, additional steps, and removed keyboard shortcuts are not helping. The people using this are trying to login to work vpn and most likely have only one hand to spare.

Poor update. For such a simple application it is baffling how you can reduce functionality. No longer possible to copy/paste generated code on phone (extra annoying as it vanishes on app switch). Also no longer submits when I press return on keyboard so I end up having to trype PIN, hit enter and then press submit. The app is now bright white contrary to most other apps now providing a dark mode. Finally a minor nitpick... The app icon is so different it takes me longer to find it.

Terrible since the update. UI is fundamentally broken. Tiny unreadable text on a blinding white background. 'Dark mode' is gone. Requires actively selecting the PIN field, despite that being the only action on screen. Return key doesn't function, after entering PIN. Just awful.

This app suddenly failed to work. Even after uninstalling the app and then re-installing multiple time, it no longer is able to scan the QR Code. It continually generates an error QR Code Invalid - contact administrator. I have 3rd party QR scanning apps that can successfully read the scan code produced so it's not the phone. I am running Android 10, last updated on December 5th. I had been using the app successfully for several months now up to December 13th until it started failing on December 15th.

A feature missing from the new version that was available in the old is the app used to open with the password field already open. The new app should also include this feature. Something small but when you're rushing to log on, less steps and clicks are always preferable.

The new version of the app doesnt have the same UI experience. On previous version, when opening the App the cursor context was set in the pin field and you could immediately enter pin. Now, have to tap the field first before you can enter anything. In previous version, you could hit enter to submit pin and now you have to tap the submit button.

The new design requires two hands for something as simple as entering a code. The app is about as simple as things can get and they complicate it for no reason. It seems to longer to load. Also why change the icon and name. I couldn't find it. Who is deciding this stuff? It's a rsa key app that nobody downloads by choice, no one needs a logo that looks like everyother junk app trying to invoke a cloud in the icon. Seriously, every icon is a blue and white cloud, how is this useful.

Securid seems architecturally dated in a modern connected world, why am I entering a passcode from memory then committing an 8 digit number to short term memory and typing it? Modern authenticators from Google and Microsoft use device trust and "tap to confirm access" when you have connection so why isn't this an option? New skin on app is nice, but why do I have to tap my only token to bring up the keyboard? Unnecessary extra tap. Security apps should be frictionless.

The app isn't even opening. When I click on it, it bring me to the loading screen and then just closes. This is a very critical application and something built for banking security should NOT be malfunctioning like this. Please fix this bug so I can carry out my banking as there are no other security options and I cannot uninstall or use the app on another device as the loging information is not recoverable. This app sucks in general so many issues, so many bugs.
