After reading some of the reviews about this app I tried cancelling a booking but left it. I'm glad I Didn't had no problems whatsoever from start to finish. Definately be using again.

Awful app, full of glitches, most likely will lead to parking fines or having to pay £3 every 15 mins of parking. I'll avoid carparks with this sign from now on.

Horrible experience!!! I booked (31903611 and/or 2181781) parking and fully paid. When I accessed my booking it vanished. I called the call center and they couldn't find my booking but I was getting email updates. When I contacted the parking owner, he said the place was long gone - but it was live in Just Park. Now I do not have any place to park my car. It doesn't end here, on top of that they keep continuing charging my card for £100 - now I have to change my card. Pathetic!

The apps good and easy to use, but what's annoying is nearly every other week when I'm paying for parking, the app will give me a error and the only way past this is to remove and readd my bank card, and why is Google pay there as a payment method but is greyed out so it can't be used.

This app is a necessity in Cornwall and saves so much hassle trying to pay with coins. I love the option to extend the time if you're late back to your vehicle, brilliant idea
