No matter what I do I can't register or login. It doesn't give the option to get support if you're not already logged in. There's no menu that I can see. No matter which email I put in it says it isn't the right one. This is maddening.

Since the last update I don't have to enter my DOB anymore and that is a good thing. But still this app needs a lot of help. Even the website needs help. This still is just a train wreck. So that makes this app lose a star.

Only good thing about this app is to check if HB will cover. What happened? Now it won't shop to deliver frm Walmart. sign in won't leave you sign-in nor keeps email and password as it disappears.lol its saved on my phone but apparently won't accept it.. weird.

The sign-in to login isn't working properly, It been this way for a while . A new year , January 2, 2024 @ 1:42 pm this app still doesn't work. But I will take a wild guess y'all still working on it

Worse app ever ,,it was great, then it changed now it's so horribl. I literally have to screenshot my card to use at stores becaus I can't get app to work at all.i have to call customer service for my balance °

I have been trying to log on for HOURS!!! IT BECAME SO F..KIN frustrating I needed a Xanax!!! Something needs to be done abt your site. If I didn't need chux & my income weren't so fixed I would not have spent 8hrs of screaming, crying frustration trying to get usernames & passwords to work & still ending up with nothing.

This app is impossible to use. Email and password never work. You have to setup new password every time because the old one won't work.

Terrible!!! Can't log in to the app!! It's a blank screen! When I tap the login button, it says to please sign in. Can't sign in when there's nowhere to sign in at!
