Doesn't store history of all the transactions. Causing difficulty in understanding charges debited in the current month for transactions completed more than 6 months ago. And, on contacting customer care, they inform that they cannot share such details.

After updating this Rail Saarthi app, I am unable to book the ticket. After clicking on reserved ticketing icon, IRCTC Rail Connect screen opens and it hang on that screen. Before update it works fine. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I couldn't open this. App. My earlier account could not be operated. I want to register with the same user name. Mobile number etc.which is not Accepted by app. Provision may be made for solving the problem.

Most of the time app shows message of "loading captcha" and after refreshing the captcha when I try to login it shows "Access denied for user". I am unable to login most of the time.

After the last update, the app is not opening, every time I'm clicking the icon it says aap is not installed. Pls try to solve it as soon as possible. Its very annoying.

This app is easy to finding the train and status also normel tickets booking. But very worst at the time of tatkal ticket booking time. Payment option is nat responding at the time of Tatkal booking time. App says " unabe to process ".... All types payment is not working. Lot of time i cant able to book my tickets....
