Please stop forcing app updates whenever a minor upgrade is released. The app stops letting you use it whenever a minor update is pushed. Imagine this, I am at a very slow connection place and I want to quickly check my flight details or schedule or buy a ticket, the app doesn't work forcing me to update which takes forever.

Many major defects i'll mention top 2 for me: Cannot select the dates to book a flight the pre-selwcted dates cannot be changed which makes the whole app useless And the app does not display anything under 'my floghts' it'll ask me to enter the search criteria every time, though I'm logged in.

Worst experience from Air Arabia, Myself booked Air Arabia holidays - Flights plus Hotel and requested for cancelation and choose another date. Air Arabia web or app has no option to cancel rather than through phone calls, which means way too dated and getting touch with Holiday team was another hurdle. Just because of holiday team mistake, They didn't provided credit for my hotel too, even after booking hotel with free cancelation. To sort out a simple issue, it took 20 days to cancel

There is no provision to put zero, otherwise I will rate you zero, The worst online service I ever seen. I decided to close the account immediately. so many time I tried to book the tkt through your web site or mobile application. I always fails due to your server issue. Whenever I go for payment , I get notification message that THERE IS AN INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. Then I book the tickets through make my trip. Better stop the online booking service if you have an errors in your server.

Worst Airline Terms and Conditions Don't Buy Tickets in here if you need to change your name or any corrections in ticket you need to pay 8000 for name changing itself but the ticket fare is 10,000. Then if you cancel they do not give our money back they give only voucher for using only the limited-time we can use this voucher for that name only.

The application has lots of defects. Tickets are cheaper online than in the application. Doesn't allow to rebook tickets. Sorry to say but one of worst application ever developed. call centre timings are limited. They set a good example of bad customer service

Worst ever service. Apparently they are cheating with customer. I booked 3 ticekts for same destinations in Feb, June & July 2020. All those ticket were cancelled due to changeing of their schedule. I didn’t get the refund for the ticket & they do not have refund policy. My question is; the problem was from their side then why should I bear the loss?

Always facing with login issues. Giving all the correct details regarding the ticket booking but it says "Doesn't Match". Called customer support and no one receives the call. Can't send mail through website or app. Can't modify my booking.
