    I don't even use this company why is it installed as a system app? I can not remove it. Maybe because it's really spyware with a backdoor for remote access via enterprise configuration. Smh.     Took me a weeks to figure out that the WiFi calling provisioning wasn't working on my Nexus 6 because the switch to enable this is hidden in a FAQ about WiFi Calling under the Support tab in this app - no, not under the Settings tab! - and that is only in the very latest version 3.0.8. Previous versions did not even have this ability so NO WONDER I could never get WFC to work!

    Terrible service! Terrible reception! I'd give a subzero rating if I could. Dumping this carrier was a chore. They kept tacking on unexplained charges and the billing was confusing--the talk and data had different due dates! Stupid! And now I can't even uninstall the app from my phone! All I can do is disable the app; there is no "Uninstall" feature. What kind of shady BS is that?

    I have "Auto-pay" yet still am charged a "fee" of $5 per month. This is patently unfair. ... I rely on a paper bill each month and think it would be fairer if CC would charge $1 per month for this "service". It would easily cover the cost of postage AND the paper bill. ...     I Have been a CC customer for quite a few years now. I've reached out to custome services Many times. . Outstanding Customer Service/Support Everytime. A favorite feature I use often, option to receive a callback... Heck yeah! No hiold time. Staff is very patient and thurough, no rushing. Thats just one reason why I recommend CC to everyone. Also offer Device purchase payment plan, LOVE IT! . However, I agree with the others... Your mobile app is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Login trouble .

    Something of a total failure. Makes me Login every time with phone number and Password. Then tells me they don't match. Reset Password and again they don't match. When I do get through the App is hard to understand and the graphics don't show it level of usage. Have to use the website every time. Old App was MUCH better.

    I thought it was me! But it seems like a lot of users had problems with this app & logging in. I tried several times to log in but got locked out. I called customer service who said there was nothing they could do on their end, for me to retry logging in 24 hrs later. I was also told to uninstall àpp & reinstall it but that still didn't work. With all these problems from customers & low reviews (3.6), why won't YOU- CC FIX

    The most recent update makes you sign in to your account, whereas before if you were using the app as a customer of Consumer Cellular you didn't have to. I had to change a password I had never changed and then when I tried to sign in again it said the new password was incorrect. This update is more trouble than the way the app used to function. It's inefficient and ineffective.

    Did not have a pleasant experience with CC. I thought bc the bill was low that the phone would be better or less not in service but it has not this far. If I could trade this phone for another phone I'd be much greatful. But I don't think that's going to happen. Anyway I need to find out why I can't use this debit card I have money on it. I'm getting mad !
