If there was a way to put a review with zero stars I would. This app and the company in general has the worst customer service. The Rays Pizza that is on 19th Avenue & Deer Valley are extremely rude and hang up on their customer's and treat them like trash. I would be extremely cautious on using this app and ordering from any company. Make sure you don't make a mistake of ordering from a wrong location because it will not be refunded to you and you will be expected to deal with it or lose money.

You have somehow managed to take something as quick, simple and easy as ordering food online and tu=n it into an absolute fiasco. ?makes u enter your address, constantly crashes, orders dont go through, paypal doesnt work I seriously hate you

Driver didn't follow instructions. Food was incomplete and cold. Called restaurant to make restaurant aware of these matter and the manager I spoke to was highly rude. Never again am I using slice or ordering from Gus's pizza in Groton CT

Have the tail end of COVID. Normally I order over the phone, but I want contactless delivery. Sal hires high school and college kids to deliver, and they swipe your credit card. I didn't want to pass COVID on, so I put a sanitized stool outside my door and a tip in an envelope on top of the stool. I, too, support small businesses as much as possible. Keep up the great work!

Put in a $63 dollar delivery order, and it never arrived. Reached out to the company, and they told me it was marked as delivered by their third party delivery service. I was told there was no way to receive a refund or a discount on future orders. I will never use this service again.
