The phone will bind for incoming calls only. Half the apps don't connect or work. I can't correct time or date. I too have deleted an reinstall... no luck getting it to work. Also, read the terms and conditions. You're giving up your rights to all your private information. Let's see if they honor returns.

Lots of workout options and health readouts but not real accurate. I would love to see the watch dial section get updated with more professional faces. Maybe even add a paid dial section. I know many of us would pay for some nice quality dials. It does most of what I wanted the watch and app to do, but hopefully with updates, it gets better.

The smart watch doesn't work well with the Google Pixel 7 Bluetooth permissions. As such the only phone function that binds is the phone call ability. There is no ability to add SMS or WhatsApp ect. This is not the app settings as I have set those. It's almost as though the smart watch isn't telling the phone it needs SMS too. Sort this out and I'd be able to raise the rating considerably.

The app is good, except for one fatal flaw. I can't choose any watch faces! When I go onto the Dial Library, everything is blank! Even the custom dial won't work, and even if I can see something, it doesn't download! Very frustrating after buying a new watch!

1. Volume to the watch speakers. (It sound pathetic) 2. When I sleep during the day, It doesn't show any data. 3. IF I sleep 2+ times in a day, It only record the first set. 4. I wish we could replace the stock themes and have more on "my dial" available offline to push from app. 5. Accuracy, If I use cycling while resting, then use running (rest), readings are far apart

The app is fine, basic which is what i wanted. The reason for the 2 stars is NO SUPPORT. No way to contact anyone for questions. Again, I like the watch I have, but I'm trying to figure out why I can only set 1 local dial, but people on amazon answers are telling me I should be able to set 3. I would love some help with this, but, again... NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have an I39H, if anyone can help

I had given this 4 stars but have downgraded since. I tried to go in and change my watch face and the options would not load. Why can't I save my custom watch face? Why can't I add items like step count to my custom watch face? Why only 5 alarms? I want to make an hourly alarm, since your water reminder is JACKED. I stopped getting message and call alerts. The messages doesn't even tell you who it's from, so you still have to go to your phone. I could go on...

All working OK except the regular oxygen level tracker. That isn't updating a daily graph for some reason. Seems there are a lot of bugs reading other reviews and nobody much is updating it very often. A bit out of order since we're forced into downloading this down to the product we purchase
