Disabled because it continuously runs in the background consuming power and no way to sign out of app or remove it from phone. Norton's security apps work better and do not drain battery. Verizon App is garbage.

Currently not working. App has been scanning my wifi (in progress) for 3 days now. Clearly there's a problem. Update. 7 days and it only says "still scanning" What garbage. Emailed support but of course no response

My phone keeps freezing won't load properly since the update. I am so frustrated looking into switching carriers especially after the increase in charges to our plan that Verizon completed without notifying any of the customers. At&t looking to be able to provide better and more honest services.

Won't respond when I try to open the app. It just continues to load and it only opens the wifi security and says it's scanning but it doesn't Its totally useless and doesn't work like it use to. When I try to open it now it won't even open. 3 days now. I just tried to open the Digital Secure App and it won't open only when I go to the apps. And then when I try to scan it says it's scanning and the app stays at 0% and doesn't scan nothing. I will not upgrade a useless app like this.

The app is great, whenever it actually works. Most of the time, the VPN repeatedly disconnects after roughly 10 minutes, if it even turns on to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous for a service that I have to pay for.

The problem still exists. The advertisement keeps popping up each time I use my phone. Not only does the advertisement pop up, but a globe is popping up also . The problem has not been resolved. I really need more assistance with this issue. Thanks

Not only was this app pushing pop-ups to my phone on a regular basis (3+ times a day) but it also had in its tos that it could "have agents act on your behalf" with no extra verbiage about how, when, why, what restrictions, what precautions, nothing. I showed the ridiculous tos to someone else and how no one should ever accept those terms and they clicked accept with out my permission. Now I can't remove this obvious malware from any version device. Garbage company.

Junk that likely leaves you open to the dark web. It functions less and less. Can't even see the alerts it sends. Free and useless. I see by the reviews it's been on the downgrade kinda like Verizon.

Don't need this, don't want this ...hampering my phone speed and eating my battery. I've force stopped the app, shut off all permissions, cleared the cache, disabled the app then threw it in the dumpster by uninstalling it via Playstore. Then rebooted. I suggest you do the same. By the way, who did you license this from? McAfee, AVG? I can tell it isn't from the top 5 anti-virus vendors. My names in the dark web...so what? Literally, just call and get your credit account locked from changes.
