Updated to 4 stars - I'm finding the feature to save and name searches very useful as I'm not sure where I want to go in Spain. For 5 stars I'd like better maps that show more detail and the option to select language for the whole app rather than translate each listing - although the listing translation is great. I'm being picky that's all. I recommend Idealista to anyone looking to rent or buy in Spain.

Compared to anything else this app is excellent. If you are an English speaking person this app is the best I have seen in the Google store when it comes to buying and selling Spanish properties. On top of that you can switch on and off to Portugal and Italy. The three best countries in Europe. The description of the properties is kind of short but I guess that's the best they can do. Or maybe it is on purpose they don't want to write more about the properties. The description is in English.

Even though the app is good, the way agencies post house selling/rental does not work anymore. Due to the increased prices, agencies are creating and deleting multiple times the same post (also, when they lower a price, the same occurs) masking real facts, like price and demand. From a user perspective this is frustrating because I receive the same notifications, daily. turning them off - useless feature,as is. Also, having a review button, after visiting a house would be extremely helpful.

UPDATE: There is no update or response from their support team. Same issue exists and I have been unable to use saved searches for DAYS on both the app and on the website. Absolutely horrible and will likely switch my property search to IMOVIRTUAL or something else. It could be such a nice app if only these issues would get addressed. And no, uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not fix the issue which I have tried 10 times :( Same issue no fix. I look at 30 or 40 properties and then get the "oops something went wrong" error that prevents me for 1 or 2 days from looking at any other properties either on app or website. Slow/no response and no fix from developers whatsoever. Uninstalled the app and tried whatever else but no luck. Really disappointed especially about the lack of follow up to my emails.

It is NOT possible to make a difference btwn parking place for small cars and motorbikes. Therefore I have to disregard one by one all the motorbikes parking places before finding a small car one. Very anoying!! I've already reported this issue but the answer was " there is nothing I can do". So idealista is actually going to keep working with this problem for the next 20 years. Terrible mistake fir that simple "filter" issue. I've found the parking place somewhere else, obviously. Thank you.

Very helpful app which is easy to use. However, the time of publication filters don't seem to be accurate. Also would be helpful if properties near beaches could be filtered by view of water and/or distance from the beach.
