One of the worst utilities app I have ever experienced. The application is not user friendly, quite complicated and you cannot add your credit/debit card to pay your bills and also all the time rejects the payment attempts.

I have stated several times that I do not want to receive any commercials, special offers or to participate in the games they organise. And no one seems to care. I keep on receiving SMS or phone calls about new offers, phones, etc. I do not want to! I have blocked all the numbers you use to get in touch with me. But through the official one, which sends me reminders for my invoice, I can't block, since obviously I want this, but that number also sends me commercials. How can I make this stop?

I am stunned. It is amazing that I can't pay my bills through the app?! I see that I have a bill to pay and I receive sms with a link to pay through internet browser but honestly this is ridiculous. The app shows data usage minutes but overall it's a failure in its main purpose to provide me with the opportunity to pay my bill.

When I signed up to A1 for the first time they had a perfectly well designed app with English and Bulgarian. Now they just keep downgrading the app to the point that it is practically useless.

The new version is way worse than the previous one... I was using it mostly to pay my bills... now this is not possible it's redirecting you to a web version (why do I ned this app then?) On every step I need to login again... and so on and so on.... If this is not fixed the app is going to the "trash"...

Support android 4. for older devices or alternatively allow functioning of already installed app. After all, it is an application for communication with A1 and managing your A1 account. What's the point to deny access to the service for older androids, apart from pushing new devices tactics.

The only problem - when the debit/credit card is not saved but manually the card details are filled, often an error occure in the process of payment. I have to repeat it several times. Otherwise, the app is very much ok!

New version looks better but is disfuntional! Cannot pay my bills 7 times in a row. PIN for online is required but PIN is accepeted, also PIN is not visible.in the new invoices. This os sooooo bad omg, prices are tailored to xcl. make ppl feel they spend less... ao tricky, so bad, so poor, so misleading, full of bugs and errros, who made the code !

Not able to use foreign bank cards for automatic payments. ONLY automatic customer support. Taxes increase without any technical improvements, only slight decrease of customer support quality. EVADE if possible!
