I'm using the last of my data to warn y'all not to go with these guys. I've been with a different provider all my life and decided to switch because you get "more data" with these guys for the same price but it runs out so fast!!. It runs out quicker than the smaller amount of data i use to get and i have barely been using it. There's something super dodgy going on with how quick it goes with these guys. Switching back to my old provider next week. They have better deals now anyway. Do not go with belong. Dodgy data suckers! And the app is slow and crumby too!!

App keeps logging itself out when closed. Which wouldn't be too big of a deal, but I have to go through the login and mfa process each time. Edit: To clarify, the security requirements are a bit over the top. Mfa is extremely secure, it's unnecessary to prompt for a password and mfa every time on a secure personal device like a mobile phone. I understand the requirement to be secure, especially these days. But finding a good balance is important.

Read all the other reviews. App is fine until you actually activate your sim, then it just crashes in a loop that may or may not crash your phone. Can't even setup voicemail as you have to do it through the app. If I can't get a response soon to fix I'll be going to another provider like so many others have. Shame, as it looked like a good budget option and for calling seems fine but needs to have a functional app, which really shouldn't be so hard these days.

The app works okay, it's just that sometimes it takes forever to load. It can be a little frustrating when navigating through the app as you have to wait for each part to load. Apart from this though, the app is great when it loads up. Belong offers lovely mobile plans too, and the app allows you to easily perform tasks like ordering a replacement SIM card.
