This is a great app, but, unfortunately, I have one critique. Could you guys add a maybe option for calendar events, please? Also, the app tends to be glitchy. To give some examples, when you access a group, you can't always access the side chat until you close and reopen the app, and when you try to remove a photo from a created event, there's an error. Also, I now have to search for my own group chat, because it's nowhere to be seen. Can you fix these issues, please?

Does a great job at the basics, but some features like file sharing aren't straightforward (clicking the wrong part of the message takes you to a browser page that doesn't even download the file, while the other part of the message downloads through the app). Lately, this app has also been crashing so severely that my phone restarts.

Was great. Don't like the new update. Group7 or whatever. Dislike the like system. Don't need to see those hearts. Just takes up space. Also double taps instead of just one simple tap before. This isn't Instagram.

Being able to share messages, pictures, and some audio files has been very helpful in keeping things organized in our group. Sure, we can use a group text but some things are not common amongst all phone types and this app bridges that gap.

Had to get it for work. Fail to understand it's value or what they're going for. There are better group messaging apps for business needs, social group texting, conferencing, whatever. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to mute or silence groups. I want to get notifications from our 'out sick' group, but not the multiple other groups I'm in. As a manager, it was a massive hassle to be in more than 3 groups and get those constant notifications, or silence them and lose ALL notifications.

GroupMe is a great communication app, although it is quite a bit slower than Meta. New messages don't load as quickly and reactions to texts don't always show up. But other than that, it's really nice and simple to navigate.

I love GroupMe. I would have given it 5 stars but the direct file sharing to a group or individual seems to be tedious to me. It could be that I'm doing something wrong but I'm pretty adept at sharing files as a Masters graduate, I think, anyway. If the error is on me then I'll GLADLY change my rating to 5 stars!...
