when i tap on my friends list, it says i have no friends and also that 'you are not able to use my friends function for a while'. can you fix this as soon as possible? this is the main way i collect hearts in the app. there are a huge amount of other problems you need to fix asap so please fix them now so we can vote and win fairly. fix these problems or cancel the soribada awards. thank you.

It's so hard to watch ads on normal days and it's even harder when you're giving more than 30 hearts per ad. It always says unavailable and sometimes I get no credits for watching the ad. The ads are too long and and after watching it, "hearts have not been saved". Please fix it. Thank you!

The search function to find peoples usernames never works for me, and the "new friends" function stopped working for me on Oct. 13th, as well as the ability to recieve or accept friend requests. This happened a few months back as well, the last time I had to use this app for voting, and the issue never fixed itself. Please fix!! It's a necessary function.

The app is still annoying. What's with the many changes of rules? Also it's not easy to check friends who dont send hearts and delete them from friends list all at once? Not to mention the ads dont always work, my levels went down and I lost so much hearts, when it's so hard to reach higher levels due to the higher amount of hearts you need to level up, and it all goes to waste the moment you change your bias? It just means you want us to spend more time to watch ads and money on this app.

Everything was perfect at the beginning. But on the 3rd day of usage a problem occurred. Almost every time when i want to watch an ad to get hearts i receive notification "Advertisements are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". No matter how long i wait it doesn't help, i still cannot watch ads properly. I barely watch 5 ads per hour. Is it because of my phone (Samsung a50)? P.s I have tried to re-install the app already. Nothing changed..

After the update, the application is even more weird 1. Iron source disappeared even though I was working on a mission 2. The ads often errors, I've watched the ads but i don't get the heart, and the ads always doesn't work 3. the application often exits by itself 4. It takes a long time to load, even though my connection is good please fix the application again ^^ thank you!!

It was a nice app and very easy to use. I would like to suggest to the dev to add a feature in which in the profile of your friends, you will see the amount and last date when they sent hearts. Its so hard figuring out who just take hearts and not give at all. It would be very useful to all those users who votes and regularly uses the app. Edit: Got super laggy everytime the end of voting event ends.

Update to previous review: 3 stars// Been in the app for 1 year now, major changes have been made and the mechanic that I suggested was reflected on the app. Kindly optimize the GCs a bit so that we can have the option to mute notifs without leaving. Also, please work on the friend list, so we can see how many hearts they have sent, to make it more convenient in removing inactive friends. Keep up the good work! And glad to see that you're working to improve the in-app experience.
