I have been logged out and cannot get back in, nor can I reset my password. All I get is a blank message when I try to reset it.

Well at first the app was extremely user friendly you could look at your schedules clock in and clock out he was even able to look at your pay stub in your earnings real time. Now since I think the app is updated you can't use it for anything anymore it's pretty much useless other than using the day force pay app they don't work together as sister apps or whatever the heck they are as a matter of fact the day force employee portal is pretty much useless

My employer uses Dayforce. I find the app unintuitive and clunky. Whether the setup is by my employer or is fixed by the developers, I don't know, but the holiday entitlement/allowances part of the app is utterly confusing. I'm not a fan.

every time this app updates it becomes harder to use and makes signing in for a shift harder to do.

I can never log in and when I have to reset the password the app and the website won't send a email to change it. I always have to call them.

Had The App Now Can't Access the info. I can do it fine on the website but for some reason it's doesn't work on the phone. If it was a restriction issue, it should say so. I had access before. What changed? Doesn't matter... deleting it.
