Whenever I try to use this app, it stalls and spins and will not let me complete the purchase. I have to reenter my information over and over. I just gave up after 7 tries with no errors! It also keeps changing to shipping when I want in store pick up, so read and review carefully. Great deals to be had of you can get it to work.

I work at Joann fabrics as cashier. RECENTLY, Zmany customer apps are not loading the coupons to scan. I also have the same issue, at store and at home. I have googled problem solving from clearing cache and history, refreshing the app, allowing data, non wifi use, and restarting phone everytime I try a new potential solution. Suppisedly my store updated the wifi and i correlate that w customers coupons not opening! Alway get the message , "ooops, having difficulty opening coupons." HELP!

So many issues! Unable to check out, view cart. Contacted customer service only to receive an automated reply stating there does not appear to be a wide spread issue we cannot troubleshoot.

I don't like using an app that must be updated every time I open it. The rewards suck!! Everything you search for tells you that they couldn't find anything for your search. You can go to the categories and touch any one of the buttons and it will tell you that there's nothing for your search. Open up sewing supplies and touch patterns and see what happens! This app is constantly needing updating and I rarely find what I want.

I downloaded this app! I want to sign on with my email address and my password and it says it's invalid but I can use that same email address and password on website! I called them and they said there is a glitch in the app! And they didn't do anything about it

!!!I wouldn't use this app for anything other then coupons!!! More then 3 times I've placed a shipping order and it will say "can't process" and I try a few more times and then I go check my bank and it has taken out money Everytime I tried to process it even though it did place on the app. Then it takes 7+ days for your money to go back to your account and customer service can't do anything about it. This has also happened with a pick up order where I bought it and the order was never placed

App layout is good. It is hard to place an order on the app. The app is way too slow keeps buffering constantly. Rewards expire too soon.
