Basic functions are working alright. The chat, however, is a real pain. I recently tried to use the chat functionality on the app to get in touch with a customer agent and after a few minutes the chat froze. It almost looked like the log in session expired midway through my conversations with the customer agent and that there's only a very loose connection between the chat and the rest of the app. In other words, sending in chat messages didn't seem to refresh the log in session.

This is a quite a comprehensive app featuring a relatively simple, user-friendly interface which is easy to navigate. Almost everything is a mere click or 2 away. However, some features, such as Direct Debit, can be frustratingly elusive.

Clunky, unreliable, interface is not good. Text for the messaging part is really small and hard to read, and the last time I use it the app kept crashing while I was trying to have a conversation with someone. The automated response system is TERRIBLE ("Help making a claim" "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying"

I use an electric power chair This well being stuff medibank is advertising/promoting is probably great for an able bodied person, however there is virtually nothing for me to be able to participate in.
