I rarely can log in on the app I really can login on the app. I can't even get my QR code to refer any friends right now. All I have is a blank white screen every time I open the app. I've barely been able to donate because it doesn't even often work at the kiosk. Even when I try to sign in at the center they barely recognize my fingerprint I've had to go back so many times.

Experience is amazing if you get right phlebotomist who does not stick you wrong and create a bruise in an arm and in the same stop that you have been donating in. Oh and when you get that bruise you will be told you cannot donate till it is gone, so then your pay tier goes down as a punishment to you when you did nothing wrong. But if you have someone who knows what they are doing which is 9 times out 10 the experience is amazing.

My experience with the app has been acceptable. There have been issues with lost cards, forgotten passwords, dates of donations and eligibility dates, etc. All easily remedied through the app. The convenience is undeniable. The support staff is first rate and I would recommend it to anyone who's considering downloading the OctaApp. I have given it four out of five stars.

SERIOUSLY need to properly train the ones that stick people and teach how to properly wrap after. This is really getting old being stuck to far in or not enough, being left stuck without relief so bad that your arm and hand turn purple, and wrapped so tight the wrap folds on itself as soon as you try to bend your arm. They like to cut off your circulation way to much here smh. The app needs revamping bad! Points system sucks! Honestly better off at another plasma center smh
