Cannot login to app for an entire day. Verified that the service is down with coworkers. At the same time, I was fined by ticket control even though I had the invoice to prove that I had a valid commuter card and also had to pay with my rejsekort to return from work because the service has not been restored. The app is unreliable and designed to scam customers. Highly recommend to avoid it.

The worst app I've ever encountered. I couldn't change my year of birth to 1990 unless I swipe from 2019 back to 1990 due to the lack of date selection field. Then I had to uninstall-install to make a new profile. Since my phone number was already saved on the earlier account, the app asks me to "merge" the new one to the old one. If I click "OK", I'm back to my old account which was a child's account. If I click "cancel", I need to fill out the information field again. Seriously. Fix it!

Way too buggy, was able to select zones manually once after several tries, but got a blank screen after entering payment options. Worked better in June(2020). Update: tried again in April 2022, it charged me twice despite notifying 'purchase cancelled by user' whenever I minimized the app to confirm purchase with nemID. Still takes forever to open up the app, so proving purchase takes longer than my commute.

Bad design, doesnt allow you to buy a simple "X zones beginning in zone Y" ticket, Also has banned some of my friends without warning due to cancelling payments. And I recommend you also do that, because if busses and trains are delayed or cancelled, which is incredibly common, your ticket may run out before you can use it. Use DSB's app instead.

crashes as soon as I payed and had to reinstall. had the same experience with the other DOT Ticket app where I simply couldn't pay. *Update* tried to renew my card. gives wrong address all buttons then becomes unresponsive and I can't change the address to the correct one. tried multiple times, then ended up having to buy a completely new card.

Good experience overall. Only issue is that when your monthly commuter ticket expires and you have a new one already purchased, it remains invalid if you have no internet connection over the transition period. Happened to me once when I was about to show my new ticket to a bus driver, and noticed it was invalid even though I purchased it to start on that day. Issue get resolved if you connect to the internet and the app refreshes.

--Tickets may have only an hour validity, beware-- This app just tries to scam you however possible. After reading the reviews of people having their purchase fail but the payment still going through, I went to buy my ticket in the hotel in the morning on WiFi just in case. Everything went through so I'm thinking I avoided the issues; no. The tickets I got area only valid for an hour, but this is not indicated anywhere during the purchase process. Absolutely abhorrent and borderline illegal app

Worked the first couple of days for buying a few tickets. Then today it refused to let me buy tickets ("Unknown error"), causing me to miss several Metro trains and be late for a tour. After trying about 10 times I gave up, queued and used the ticket machine in the station. Very unreliable when it counts, which is the opposite of what you need in any public transport app.
