Like common who is the app maker a 5yr old i scroll forever on ur 1 star review keeps going were all having issues with ur app and u havent sorted it out are u a bunch of dummies!!!! My last top up was unsuccessful on this app so I topped up via calling the number and doing it that way. I managed to buy the pack however on the app. There are undoubtedly some major bugs in this app and I'm sure others are facing the same issues as well. Please dedicate a team to finding and fixing all bugs in the app and I'll increase the rating.

I have not been able to top-up my phone for several months on app. Contact centre were no help, I followed all advise and still have to buy vouchers because the website has me going around in circles.

The Cardholder name field is not working on your App. I have deleted the app and reloaded it with the same problem. Consequently I cannot top-up my phone!
